DI Re-CirculatorsFLEXX™ LRW Systems are re-circulating deionized (DI) water systems complete with pump, filters, and ultraviolet light. The wall unit capable of supplying up to 3 gallons per minute to a small distribution loop (1/2" PE tubing, max 100 equivalent linear feet).
LRS Floor MountFLEXX™ LRS Systems are re-circulating deionized (DI) water systems complete with pump, filters, and ultraviolet light. The skid mounted unit capable of supplying up to 4 gallons per minute to a larger distribution loop (1/2" PVC, max 500 equivalent linear feet). Similar to LRW Systems except also includes a final water quality monitor with alarm relays.
DP SkidsFLEXX™ DP Systems are combination make-up and distribution polish systems to produce High Purity Deionized (DI) Water. Systems complete with re-pressurization pump, filters, optional bacteria ultraviolet light, integral Programmable Logic Controller and water quality monitor. Available with PVC or Socket Fusion Polypropylene product piping to supply piping loop up to 500 equivalent linear feet.
Continuous Electro De-ionizationFLEXX™ Continuous Electro Deionization (CEDI) Systems produce deionized water utilizing IONPURE™ resins/membranes technology. The resins are regenerated continuously by electricity at low cost thereby eliminating the need for periodic chemical regeneration or replacement of exchange DI units associated with other types of deionizing water.
